Such a cool vibe! Helpful and friendly service! Fun watching the baked goods and food items being prepared in an open kitchen. The food is delish! Recommend the vanilla iced latte, the GF peanut butter sandwich cookie and the butter croissant.

Very cool vibes and a trendy spot for many. The coffee was good but on the pricier side. I would like to come back and try their deserts and meal items as their menu is extensive. Overall a much better place than your normal mainstream coffee shop that is sort of a hidden gem.

Lux in Central is an always a good time is you’re looking for a real speak easy coffee shop vibe with retro hip decore and a great latte in an actual white mug, with a nice frothy design. . Good for a date night, or a school study session. Their food and dessert options are great as well!

This place rules!! What caught my eye first was the lovely menu. I loudly and immediately commented on how nice the menu was and the bartender, Sammy, told me he drew it all himself! Sammy continued to make us amazing drinks, each one topping the last. The service was absolutely amazing. The drinks were fantastic. The vibes were proverbially "on fleek!" Overall, Sammy was the best bartender I've ever had and he genuinely made me want to leave my house more and grew my faith in humanity as a whole.

I rarely hand out 5 star reviews, but this place—been coming here for years, they always treat me like family and don’t disappoint! Cocktails are on perfect—Thalia, Gabriella, Maria-Maria, James, and more are amazing mixologists! Chorizo Biscuits and Gravy with two eggs on top is sooo good! Músic is always good regardless of the genre playing! This is my Happy place for day drinking and breakfast!

It feels local, relaxed, and totally in tune with the city’s vibe. The selection of pastries, drinks, and food is great, and everything has a unique taste that stands out from the usual coffee shop options. They even have a cocktail bar, so you can easily spend the whole day moving from coffee to a nice drink. The chocolate burnt cake was 5/5 It’s a great spot to work, chill, or hang out with friends. Okay Lux Central is not just a coffee shop — it’s an experience. From the outside you’d never know what’s happening inside. No obvious signage, just this understated entrance that leads you into what feels like a creative maze. Every time I thought I’d reached the end, there was another room, another vibe, another cozy corner. And yes — there’s even a tucked-away speakeasy-style bar hidden deep in the back that you’d completely miss if you were just grabbing coffee to-go. The aesthetic is effortlessly cool: exposed wood beams, oversized glass pendant lights, open kitchen energy, eclectic art, sticker-covered doors, even a vintage red typewriter casually part of the décor. I loved that they had free postcards scattered around (super cute touch) and these giant bowls of fresh produce — avocados, jalapeños, pears, bananas — almost like edible art pieces that add to the whole vibe. The pastry case was stacked, including solid vegan options, my latte had beautiful foam art, and the matcha was smooth without being overly sweet. The crowd was such a mix — students on laptops, creatives, business folks, locals hanging out — packed but still relaxed. Indoor, outdoor, open late, food all day… definitely one of those places you stop in for coffee and end up staying way longer than planned.

Great coffee, desserts, dinner and cocktails! We stopped here when we first got to phoenix for a coffee and snack, it was all so great so we came back on our last day to grab a coffee and a sweet treat before our flight and ended up getting dinner too! 10/10 would recommend
